Meetings

The Parish Council usually meets in the Village Hall at 19.00 on the first Thursday of alternate months - though additional meetings will be held when required. Please note that occasionally the meeting date needs to be changed so please check the website or contact the Clerk for up to date information. Members of the public are always welcome to attend and will be given an opportunity to raise any concerns. The agenda will be posted on village noticeboards shortly before the meetings and also available below. Minutes are published as soon as possible after each meeting in draft form on this website. These are then approved as a true record at the following Parish Council Meeting. The next meeting will be held on Thursday 7th November 2024, starting at 7.00pm in Coney Weston village Hall.
