Coney Weston Playing Field

 

We would like to introduce the Coney Weston Playing Field Committee

 

Who Are We:

 

We are 4 volunteers (Trustees) who collectively are committed to maintaining a safe and enjoyable play area and playing field for parishioners from the village and surrounding area.

 

Whilst we are looking at making longer term improvements with the aid of future grants etc, for now we are concentrating on keeping it a safe and open to continue to have lots of fun on. As there are currently only 4 if us, with other full time work commitments, we can only look to maintain where possible and in order to improve the area we need your help and support in whatever way you can, big or small, by volunteering, becoming a trustee or even just doing a little bit of weeding next time you visit the park.

 

You will have recently received a note asking what you want to see on the playground and playing field and a huge thank you to those who have taken the time to provide feedback and ideas it’s really appreciated. An even bigger thank you to those of you who have offered your help and time recently, this is invaluable to us and not only the playing field but the village as a whole.

 

We actively want to work alongside the other village groups and Parish council for the benefit of the wider village so you will see us popping up at various events, do come over and say hi. We welcome any feedback so if you notice anything that needs sorting or have any ideas for improvement and of course if you want to offer your time and support or become a fellow trustee please do let us know by emailing coneywestonpfc@gmail.com.
